Return Policy, FAQ, and TAT

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system or products that are damaged in transit. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS by filing a claim File a Claim | USPS

If there is an issue with product quality, we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email within 7 days of the delivery date at thescarlethaven@gmail.com

We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. This includes but not limited to; soaking cups, using the dishwasher to clean products, not following ALL directions on the care card that came with your purchase, or misuse of any product etc.

We will NOT refund your product OR send a new product if you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout and it was sent to the wrong address. You can file a claim with USPS. If you send an email to thescarlethaven@gmail.com BEFORE your shipping label has been created, we will TRY and get your address fixed. Once the shipping label is printed there is nothing we can do EXCEPT cancel your order OR you can pay $6.00 for another label to be printed out.

Turnaround time (TAT) for The Scarlet Haven's Products is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, this does not typically include weekends or holidays.
